Recovery Specialist | On-Site – Hermosillo, Sonora
Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in financial risk management and account recovery, is looking for a Recovery Specialist to join our team in Hermosillo.
In this role, you will manage delinquent accounts, review account and payment history, contact customers to recover outstanding balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate documentation while working toward recovery goals.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable
Fully bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal)
Good negotiation and communication skills
Ability to handle difficult or escalated customer situations professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
What we offer:
💰 $20,000 MXN gross monthly salary
🎯 Performance bonus: 25% of annual salary, paid quarterly according to the performance scheme
🛒 $1,000 MXN monthly food stamps
