What you’ll be doing:
Assist customers over the phone to determine their needs, answer inquiries, and provide detailed information on firm services.
Apply sales techniques to effectively persuade prospective clients to acquire firm services.
Build lasting relationships and handle client concerns to ensure high satisfaction and trust.
What you need:
Native Spanish speaker with conversational English skills.
Results-oriented attitude with a positive mindset and strong teamwork focus.
Full-time availability for assigned shifts within the operational window.
Call center or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Visible Gross Monthly Salary: $15,000.00 MXN.
What we offer you:
Commissions: $5 USD per appointment set (paid weekly).
Food vouchers: $1,000 MXN monthly.
Paid time off: 5 PTO days per year.
Schedule: 5 days of work and 2 days off (shifts scheduled within the 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM operational window). Location: Hermosillo, Sonora (On-site / Girasol).
