What you’ll do:
Assist claimants with completing the full disability application process through detailed phone interviews.
Navigate multiple systems, including internal and order management websites, to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Demonstrate empathy and patience while asking sensitive medical questions to determine eligibility for benefits.
What you need:
Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
Proficient computer skills, specifically in Windows OS, Internet navigation, and associated software.
Excellent communication, being detail-oriented and inclined to help others with compassion.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.
What you’ll get:
Base Gross Monthly Salary: $17,500.
Performance Bonus: Monthly gross bonus up to $5,100 based on metrics and attendance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Nine-hour shifts). Location: Guadalajara (On-site).
